"The American Male at Age Ten"

Colin sleeps in his clothes and he would eat pizza and candy for all his meals and have crushes on other people.  He is a fifth grader and would have some homework and would always have it finished. He is most interested in sports and video games. He also likes to think about money and different jobs he can do in the future. How the author organizes this article is she first introduces her and Colin and then she goes on talking about Colin's life.  Then she gives a description of Colin and his characteristics. Furthermore tells what happens before class starts and during school.  After she writes lots of quotes on how he talks with teenagers. Finally she describes his bedroom and a list of Colin's favorite things like candy, food,artist etc.
